For thousands of years, the practice of yoga has been used to achieve health, vitality and inner peace. A typical class will include stretching and strengthening, breath work and relaxation. We have also expanded our class offerings to include Vinyasa, Yin, and fitness Yoga classes. Our schedule offers something for everyone, from energizing Vinyasa Flow to relaxing Yin & Meditation. And you won’t get lost in the crowd -- classes are limited to 14 students.

Gyrotonic exercise combines the movements of yoga, swimming, ballet and gymnastics in a fluid, graceful workout designed to increase strength, flexibility and range of motion. After working on the Gyrotonic Pulley Tower in a private or small group setting, you will leave feeling taller, lighter and refreshed.
