Last year we hosted Benjamin Degenhardt, a master Pilates teacher and founder of 360° Pilates in NYC, for a weekend of workshops. As part of his continued mission to inspire “people to take care of their physical fitness and health—and to move well every day” he created March MATness! At balance, we share this mission and want you to join us as we hit the mat for March!
