Our introductory sessions allow you to get a personalized welcome to the studio and are a great way for you to see what works best for you. These classes are available both virtually and in-studio.

Introductory Private Lesson
$75

One-on-one session with a Pilates or GYROTONIC® instructor. Strongly recommended for anyone new to our studio, not just those new to Pilates or Gyrotonic exercise, especially if you are interested in joining our small group equipment classes. (Want to do your Intro lesson with a partner or friend? Ask us about our Duet Introductory session!)

Group Fitness Introductory 2-Week Package
$50

Try out as many of our live stream/virtual small group fitness classes as you’d like in 14 days!

FAQs

WHAT TO EXPECT

If you are coming to the studio in person, we’ll provide the equipment. Just show up dressed and ready to go! For in-person group fitness classes, you will want to bring your own mat but we will supply any small props required. For virtual classes, if you need anything other than a mat, there will be a list given in the description.

WHAT TO WEAR

This is an easy one and you have a few options! Standard form-fitting workout clothes are ideal, both for allowing your instructor to see your alignment and so that your movement won’t be hindered. For women, a sports top, t-shirt and leggings work great. For men wearing a t-shirt and loose shorts, we recommend a pair of bike shorts underneath.

WHERE TO PARK

There is limited on-site parking at the front and back of our building.  Spaces do tend to turn over fairly regularly, no need to panic! Please do not park in any spaces marked “Reserved”. There is also paid parking available a short distance away in the Metro garage at the corner of Waverly and East-West Highway.
